The Old World Battle March Tournament October 10th

We are excited to announce our second The Old World event!

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

We will be running this event as a two list format. Meaning a player will be bringing two lists to the table and after exchanging lists with their opponent for review, they will then secretly choose one list to play with. 

Please note that both lists must be from the same faction.

Players will need:

-Two 750 point lists as hardcopies.

-the models fully assembled for each list (they do not need to be painted).

-two baggage carts (can be represented by bases 60x100mm).

-three 40mm bases to represent Treasure Troves (objectives).

-the Battle March General’s Compendium.

-The Old World Rule Book.

Rounds for the event will be set at 75 minutes.

SCHEDULE

Registration & Announcements- 9:30-9:45

Round 1- 10:00-11:15

Lunch- 11:15-11:50

Round 2- 12:00-1:15

Round 3- 1:25-2:40

We will NOT be using Differential Scoring for the event. Players will simply total their scores (kills/objectives) and input that total.

There currently is a perfect 8 players registered for this event with 4 spots remaining.  Each table will be a different scenario with a description page on each table for reference.  Please bring the Battle March book for further reference throughout the event.

GAMING TABLES

The area of play will be 36”x 48”. There will be up to six tables (participation depending), each with a different Battle March scenario. Players will play four rounds and we will try to have players play on different tables each round. 

SPOTS ARE LIMITED

With six tables that means we will only have 12 spots available for the event.

We will be posting a BCP link soon but please only do so once you have purchased a ticket for the event.

We really feel this format is not only fantastic for new players but for veterans as well and we are looking forward to having you all over to play.
